Ingredients: Frozen or fresh fruit

Quantity: 1 cup
Water: 2 cups
Strain after preparation

For additional flavoring, try the below: 

  • 1/8 table salt 
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla, agave, or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of minced dates
