Homemade, plant-based milks typically last 3-5 days in the fridge. You can add a pinch of sea salt to the water in the base when making milk to help with freshness.

Either hot or cold water is ok. When the milk is being “cooked”, the end result will produce warm milk.

Yes, separation is totally normal! Plant-based milks without additives and fillers naturally separate over time. Just shake it up and it will be ready to enjoy!

Yes you can, however for maximum freshness, we recommend storing in an airtight container.

Absolutely not. It is complete preference on how smooth or pulpy you would like you milk to be.

Yes, either is fine.

Depending how much water you fill it up with, you can produce as much as 4+ cups of fresh milk.

Soaking the nuts is not required but we do recommend it for a smoother milk.

Yes, but the rice should be cooked before using it in the Plant Milker.

After using the Plant Milker, unplug the unit & rinse out the inside of the base with water. You can add a small amount of soap and wipe out any remaining residue. A brush is provided if you need to clean under the blades. Wash the residue off the inside of the lid and let both fully air dry.

Natural plant-based milk isn’t thick. Thickness is normally the result of artificial thickening agents meant to make milk seem “silky”. There are natural tricks to making milk thicker--- we recommend adding rolled oats along with other nuts to make the milk thicker, naturally.

Yes! The Plant Milker has a 3-stage blending cycle to help ensure proper blending of the ingredients. Once the cycle is complete the unit will turn off & you will hear a series of beeps.

We use food grade 304 stainless steel to make the Plant Milker. Stainless Steel is the only surface that touches milk inside of the Plant Milker, while the outside housing unit is made with food grade plastic. The strainer is also stainless steel!

Yes! We encourage you to work with different ingredient blends that you like. For example, you can make Cashew Almond or Almond Coconut. Whatever you like will work!

It means the coconut milk process is completed!

During the coconut milk function of the Plant Milker, there is a heating process involved.

Once the process is completed, the machine (heating plate) will be at a high temperature for a while.

For safety reasons, the machine is designed to stop working until it cools down and will display "E5" on the screen. Please allow the machine to cool down for around half an hour. After that, you can add water and run the "Cleaning" function.
